Apr 1, 2011 · According to my bbt and my CM, I should be most fertile today, but my daily OPK has been negative. I'm definitely over-thinking this, but it's because I don't think I ovulated at all last month - my chart never showed a sustained rise, my OPK was negative, and we had sex every day for 2 weeks and didn't get pregnant. . The only way to confirm O is with temping. U can get a pos. opk and not O. U can also get a neg. opk but temp rise which means u did O. So, on CDs 10 & 11 I got high then CD12 peak on the OPK but I'm now CD 16 and no BBT rise. I don't know how long you'd normally wait between one and the other but I'd have thought 2-3 days max.
